Consultation Fees


Self-Pay Fees:

Home Visits:

  • Initial Home Visit: $225

  • Follow Up Home Visit: $175

  • Multiples: $50 per additional infant

  • Travel Outside of Service Area: $25

Virtual/Telehealth:

  • Initial Visit: $175

  • Follow Up Visit: $125

  • Prenatal Visit: $150

*When booking your appointment, you will be asked to create an online portal with Healthie EHR. You will be asked to store a card on file that will be charged the day of your appointment.

Insurance & Payment

STEP 1: Check coverage with The Lactation Network (TLN).

STEP 2: Once approved with TLN, book your appointment.

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires most insurance plans to cover the cost of lactation support. If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I will provide a detailed superbill (a coded receipt) after your appointment, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your appointment to ask what their reimbursement process is.
